PassMark is a fully digital service — there are no physical goods to ship. This page explains how and when you receive access after a successful payment.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

When you purchase PassMark Pro or an individual Elective subject through PayHere, access is granted automatically and immediately once payment is confirmed — typically within a few seconds of completing checkout. There is no shipping, no physical product, and no waiting period.

2. How Delivery Works

  • You complete payment securely on PayHere's checkout page.
  • PayHere notifies PassMark that your payment succeeded.
  • Your account is instantly upgraded — Pro features unlock, or your purchased Elective subject becomes available — with no action required from you.
  • You can start practising immediately by returning to your Dashboard.

3. If Access Doesn't Appear

In rare cases (e.g. a temporary network delay), your upgraded access may take a few minutes to reflect after payment. If it still hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, please check the payment status shown by PayHere at checkout, then contact us at support@passmark.lk with your registered mobile number and approximate payment time, and we'll resolve it promptly.

4. No Shipping Charges

Since PassMark delivers access digitally, there are no shipping or delivery charges of any kind included in your payment.
